Description'I yesterday mentioned your suggestion, as to the despatch of our "Philosophical Transactions" ['Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'], to the Officers. They desire me to ask you for a written statement of your proposal, mentioning therein what amount of commission you purpose charging our corresponding societies, and the matter can then be formally discussed and decided upon at their next meeting'.
