| Description | Mr White informs Rix that Foster instructed him to issue the Water Report. The Society has finally received Professor Marshall Ward's corrections and Rix hopes the report will be in its final form in about ten days. Rix calls to Foster's attention the irregularity of publishing the report without it having been before Committee, much less before the Council. Quotes the resolution made concerning the investigations at the last meeting of the Committee on 8th February. Suggests the first proof is circulated amongst the members of the Committee. |
