DescriptionArmstrong's note of 6th February covering a paper he was requested by Professor Clowes to present to the Society has been received by the Secretaries.

The terms of Armstrong's note oblige them to call Armstrong's attention to the duties of communicators set forth in statute chapter II, section five, that it is the duty of each Fellow or Foreign Member to satisfy himself that any letter, report or paper which he may communicate is suitable to be read before the Society. Rix asks if Armstrong desires to communicate Clowes' paper.
