TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Dr Michael Foster, Secretary, Royal Society
Date19 February 1895
DescriptionRix is having enquiries about the 28th. Asks if the original arrangements voted for the argon meeting will apply to this; that each Fellow can introduce one person and reporters are to be admitted. Linnean Society Fellows are asking whether they can attend, just as Fellows of the Chemical Society came to the Argon meeting.

Rix learnt from Collings that the Society's entry about Blackman was wrong. Keeping this record was Chapman's work and his absence has somewhat disarrayed it.
