TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Charles Chree, Kew Observatory
Date10 July 1895
DescriptionRix has received from Few & Company, a form of notice calling a general meeting of the Incorporated Kew Committee at Burlington House for some day in October, and a form for a second meeting at which the resolution passed at the first meeting is to be confirmed. The latter must occur not less than 14 days after the first, and not more than a month from the date of the first meeting.

Discusses the requirements for a resolution to be passed.

Asks Rix to submit the forms of notice to Chree's Chairman for approval as soon as possible and asks to know the two dates at which the meetings will be held. Asks for the two forms of summons to be returned so that Rix can have them copied and sent out.
