DescriptionIn reply to the Under Secretary's letter of yesterday, Rix acknowledges receipt of 225 copies of the 'Trevandrum Observations' part III, which will be distributed, as in the case of the two previous volumes, in correspondence with the Meteorological Office for the purpose of avoiding duplicate presentation. The Under Secretary's letter will be submitted to the Secretary [Michael Foster] as soon as he returns from abroad, and will be laid before the President and Council at their next meeting.
