TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Michael Foster
Date25 October 1895
DescriptionRix supposes he is right in going on with Miss Ogilvie's [Maria Gordon's] paper which was passed for the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'. Rix already has the text in hand but hesitates to send the plates to Munich without Foster's express instruction. Rix finds the estimate of 600 marks is only given as an approximate estimate, but he supposes it will not much exceed that.

The Society has received another letter from the Foreign Office about the International Catalogue, this time containing a dispatch from Lord Dufferin, the Ambassador in Paris.
