Description'Dear Sir,
I am instructed to send you (inclosed herewith) a letter from the Foreign Office, dated January 20th, stating that facilities will be sought from the Governments of Stockholm and Tokio for the Solar Eclipse Expeditions; also from the Admiralty, dated January 27th, stating that our letter of the 21st asking the assistance of vessels in connection with the same expedition has been laid before Their Lordships.
