Description'Dear Sir,
The Treasurer authorises me to accept your kind offer to bind the Boole Manuscripts before returning them here. You will, of course, take all necessary precautions that they are safe while in the binder's hands, but the Treasurer feels sure that this and all other necessary instructions (such as to avoid trimming or cutting the manuscripts) may be left to your experience and discretion.
I am, yours truly,
H Rix
