Description'Sir,
We have been informed by the Secretary of State for the Colonies that your Government will be willing to arrange for the attendance of a Delegate representing Tasmania at the forthcoming Conference respecting the cataloguing of Scientific Literature. I am directed, therefore, to send you (inclosed herewith) a printed letter for the information of the Delegate in question, containing suggestions as to the points to be submitted to the Conference.
