TitleCopy letter from Michael Foster, to James Paton, Corporation Galleries of Art, Glasgow
Date12 May 1896
DescriptionFoster informs Paton that his application for the loan of photographs from the Royal Society for the Photographic Exhibition in Glasgow was presented at the Council's last meeting, and they have agreed to make the requested contribution on the condition that the Society's name is attached to the exhibits and that the Committee of the Exhibition bear the cost of carriage, and take full responsibility for the safety of the items whilst they are away from the Society's premises.

Foster lists the photographs they propose to send, and asks that Paton gives directions as to the best mode of conveying them to the exhibition.
