TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Messrs Clay & Sons
Date5 March 1897
DescriptionIn reply to the Messrs letter of 3 March, respecting the 'Catalgue of Scientific Papers' required by the Lick Observatory, in this instance the Society has no objection to the Messrs supplying Mr Holden with copies at Fellow's price.

The Society's remark as to to an American sale price referred to Mr Rix's letter of 9th December 1893, informing the Messrs that acting on their suggestion, the Council were willing to allow the Messrs to account for all copies sold to America at one-half the published price, less 10%.

If the Messrs will deliver the volumes to the Society, they will send them to America through Messrs Wesley & Sons, together with some 'Transactions [of the Royal Society]' ready for the Observatory.
