TitleCopy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to Arthur Schuster, [Fellow of the Royal Society]
Date28 May 1897
DescriptionRucker writes at [Richard Tetley] Glazebrook's request to ask if all the information as to [Cargill Gilston] Knott's work which is referred to in Schuster's paper, can be obtained from the modified paper published in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' or whether it involves part of Knott's unpublished manuscript.

Rucker recollects that Schuster wanted more parts of the paper published because he thought it desirable that Knott's view should be on record, so that probably Schuster has confined himself to that which is published.
