TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Dr John Allen Harker, the Kew Observatory, Richmond, Surrey
Date28 May 1897
DescriptionIn reply to Harker's postcard, Harrison has consulted with Professor [Arthur William] Rucker, that it will still be best to rely upon the help that Monsieur Guillaume can give Harker rather than on the 'machinery' of the Foreign Office.

Discusses the scenario of Harker's case being hand luggage or being so large as to have to go with the heavier luggage. In either case Harrison thinks it best Harker seeks Guillaume's assistance.
