TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Mr E Wilson, Post Office Terrace, Cambridge
Date30 June 1897
DescriptionWith reference to Wilson's letters of the 22nd and 28th, as the order for the block referred to was given by Mr Griffiths under a misapprehension, it will be accepted, and if Wilson will send in the account at once, it will be paid.

For future reference, all orders for engraving for the publications of the Society must issue from the office signed by Harrison himself, otherwise they will not be recognized. Wilson could advise author's of this rule in the event of their sending work to him direct. In the present instance Griffith's block had already been put in hand from the Society with another engraver so the Society is put to double expense.
