DescriptionMr Salvin's letter on the subject of Mr Bles' application as to the disposition of his collected specimens was before the Council last week and it was resolved that Bles be informed that such parts of his collections as may be required by the British Museum should be placed there, and that the remainder might be given to the Museum of Zoology of the University of Cambridge. Harrison asks Rix to communicate this decision to Bles. Returns Salvin's letter [not attached].
