TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to H W Just, Colonial Office, S.W.
Date6 July 1897
DescriptionThanks Just for the extract from the report of the Swaziland Consul. Harrison's Committee at their last meeting decided further investigations on the spot by Dr [David] Bruce are essential to the elucidation of the Tsetse Fly disease as the laboratory work has so far yielded negative results.

An official communication has gone, or is going, to the Colonial Office setting forth the Committee's view in extenso and indicating how the investigation should proceed. This latter part of the communication has been circulating amongst the Committee which is why it has been delayed in reaching the Colonial Office, but he expects it to be with Just in a few days.
