TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Charles Scott Sherrington, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date7 July 1897
DescriptionThere is a longstanding account against Sherrington for papers. The text of Sherrington's Croonian lecture has not been received and it is now three months since the lecture. Harrison thinks this is unprecedented. Would be glad of the paper this week as the Physiology Committee meets next Monday and could then set in motion the machinery necessary for its publication.

Sherrington's paper 'Experiments in Examination of the Peripheral Distribution of the Fibres of the Posterior Roots of some Spinal Nerves. Part II' has never been received back, having been sent to Sherrington on 10th February to make some modifications. Shall be glad if this is returned as he wishes to give it to the printer when he goes away.
