TitleCopy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to the Secretary of the Australian Museum, Sydney
Date29 October 1897
DescriptionAcknowledge's the Secretary's letter on behalf of Council, dated 8th September to Dr [Michael] Foster, who is still in American. The Council appreciate the action of the Trustees in making no reference to the correspondence as to the instruction of Professor [William Johnson] Sollas, without the concurrence of the Society. As the Secretary's letter will have dispelled any mistaken impressions as to the position of the Trustsees in the matters referred to, it is perhaps unnecessary to take any further steps in the matter.
