Date2 March 1898
DescriptionThe Schedules of Metric Units have been circulated among the members of the Committee of the Royal Society, with the request that any comments or criticisms should be sent to Rucker.

Important suggestions should be incorporated in the draft. Appended to this letter [see NLB/16/257].

It is impossible to arrange to have the draft formally approved until the Council meet on the 17 [March] but it is likely that the draft, subject to corrections suggested, will be approved.
