DescriptionSorry to hear that the enclosed schedule from the Board of Trade [not enclosed] did not arrive when it was sent round to the other members of the Committee. Professor Rucker gave some suggested amendments to the notes on page 4 and sent them to the Board of Trade with the schedule. None of the members of the Committee offered any criticisms and Stoney can see the notes which Rucker sent in.
