TitleCopy letter from Theodore E James, to Sir Norman Lockyer, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date4 April 1898
DescriptionThe Treasurer has written asking for a line about the Janssen-Lockyer medal of [1898] to be sent. The medal was presented jointly by Lockyer and Janssen in 1894. The description of the medal in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society' did not get into the 'Record' because the sheets were put through at a great pace. James has made a note among the medals memoranda that this medal should come into the next list.
