DescriptionEncloses the abstract of a paper by Prof. [John Henry] Poynting and Mr. P. L. Gray together with the usual card of particulars [no enclosures]. Prof. [Arthur William] Rucker has seen the abstract, accepts the paper for consideration, and suggests Mr. [Charles] Boys and Prof. [George Francis] Fitzgerald as referees for the paper. Shall be glad to have Glazebrook's instruction in the matter.
