DescriptionWaller is sending in a paper which needs a referee or referees. Assumes that Halliburton will join Harrison in accepting it. One of the referees should be a physicist, perhaps Lodge. Sanderson would do for the other referee. Halliburton, as Chairman, and Harrison, as Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society, can provisionally appoint these and get condoned by the Committee.
