DescriptionImagines that Foster will not want a meeting of the Physics and Chemistry Committee called until the reports of referees on the principal papers have come in. Sends notes on the progress of papers by Mr Wilson, and Pearson & Lee and Smith (electro-capillary phenomena) and Masson. Seven papers have been passed for 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' and these will be reported at the next meeting of the Committee.
