TitleCopy letter from Robert William Harrison, to George James Symons, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date21 July 1899
DescriptionApologizes for not replying sooner to Symons' letter on the subject of papers read in title only at the Society's meetings. It is rare that they know in the office when a paper will be read only in title in time to indicate this fact on the postcard which goes out to Fellows, but in those rare cases such as happened in May when papers were put down to follow the Croonian or Bakerian Lecture, Harrison thinks that some indication might be given and he will consult the Officers with a view to getting some such arrangement made for future sessions.
