DescriptionThe Assistant Secretary is currently away so that the paper Pearson names has gone through James's hands.

Professor [Arthur William] Rucker ordered Mr Filon's paper to be referred to Pearson acting on the suggestion of Professor Ewing. The author knows nothing of the reference.

Sends Pearson a duplicate form for report which was not sent with the paper as an enclosure, but separately by letter post on the same day as the parcel.
