TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Mr Colyer
Date22 February 1888
DescriptionJoseph Norman Lockyer wishes to know why he has not received copies of his paper on 'The Spectra of Aurora' in number 262, and Rix asks to know the reason for the delay as he is concerned that it should have occurred in the delivery of Lockyer's own paper. 100 copies are to be sent immediately.

Rix reminds Colyer that as each sheet is sent for press, papers are to be made up the moment the sheet is printed. It is more important to get the author's papers out quickly than the number itself.
