TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Mr Brady
Date12 May 1888
DescriptionRecords the enclosure of eighteen proofs of the cuts from the blocks being used for Dr Robert Lendlmayer von Lendenfeld's monograph. Rix notes that Lendenfeld will not pay the engraver until they have been approved by the Royal Society Committee, and that Michael Foster has asked that Brady inspect and approve them, unless he 'think them "abominable"'. Rix asks that the proofs be returned as it is the only set the engraver possesses.
