TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs Haden & Son
Date21 May 1888
DescriptionIn reference to their letter of 27 April, it appears that Mr Ruddle did not send on their account or include it in the statement presented for payment. Given the small sum and the time that has elapsed since the Royal Society settled their account, Rix believe it will be better to pay Messrs Haden & Son. Rix encloses a cheque for 5 pounds, 1 shilling and three pence [not included], and asks for a receipt.
