TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Edward John Routh, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date12 October 1888
DescriptionRix writes on behalf of Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt] to ask Routh to produce a report on Charles Chree's paper 'On Aeolotropic Solids'. Rix recalls that Routh declined this task previously, but asks again since they need to appoint a third referee, and Rayleigh thought Routh might be willing to have the paper referred to him.
