TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Captain William de Wiveleslie Abney, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date4 December 1888
DescriptionNotes that Abney's photometry paper is at press, with Harrison due to send him separate copies within a week, and so Rix asks that he inform him when they arrive. He also states that Abney is mistaken about his Caroline Islands paper, a proof of which was sent on 14 August and never returned. This was confirmed by Rix and White's records, and he would be glad to have it back as they cannot finish the plate until they receive the completed text. Rix offers to send another proof if he would like.
