TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Arthur Rücker, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date18 December 1888
DescriptionAt the instructions of Lord Rayleigh, Rix sends a paper by Dr Naumann and asks for Rücker's opinion on its eligibility for reading before the Royal Society and for publication in 'Proceedings of the Royal Society'. A roll of five very large charts and a sample field book which accompany the paper, can also be sent if he wants them.

An early reply would be helpful, as otherwise the paper cannot be read.
