DescriptionHarrison referred the matter of Dr Forsyth Major's paper to Professor Herdman, who agreed Foster's suggestion of Professor Seeley as a referee and proposed Professor [Thomas George Bond] Howes as the second referee. Seeley has already reported and does not recommend publication and if Foster agrees Howes as the second referee, Harrison will send the paper to him at once.
