TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir [Joseph Norman] Lockyer, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date26 April 1901
DescriptionHarrison has been trying to track down the DeLaRue Sunspot photographs, but all he can find is that they have three large boxes of Sunspot negatives which have been at the Royal Society for more than 25 years. There is no writing on them, or anything to connect them to Mr DeLaRue but they are in sequence and dated. If he sends someone to look at them, Harrison can try and find out more in the meantime. He recalls some DeLaRue Sunspot photographs being at Kew when he was there in 1876-19878.
