Description | After many applications and much difficulty in obtaining information the Society has been informed by Mr Frost of the Collotype and General Printing Company, that certain work undertaken by that Company for the Society has been placed in Schober's hands and is being executed. Details the most pressing case, plates for a paper by Dr D H Scott, 'The Seed-like Fructification of Lepidocarpon', describes instructions which were given in August concerning proofs of the plates. Details another matter, the plates for a paper by Professor [Arthur Mason] Worthington, 'Impact with a Liquid Surface studied by the aid of Instantaneous Photography, Part II', for which original negatives were supplied to Frost. Frost states these were sent to Schober and Harrison asks for their return, carefully packed, without delay. |
