TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr Dukinfield Henry Scott, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date17 October 1901
DescriptionWith reference to Scott's plates, Harrison has not heard from Schober of Karlsruhe, who enclosed copies of the plates and informs the Society that he has heard nothing from Frost since 14 June, in spite of repeated enquiries.

The Society sent Scott's corrected proofs on 9 August, therefore it would seem that Frost never forwarded these to Germany. Thinks the best thing to do would be for Scott to correct the enclosed set of proofs. These could then be forwarded to Schober and he could get on with the job.

In his letter Schober demurs parting with the originals as they seem to be the only means by which he can put pressure on Frost to obtain payment of a former account but Harrison thinks they will be obtained sooner or later.
