TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Thomas George Bonney, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date17 October 1901
DescriptionReceived the enclosed disquieting letter from the Society' printers this morning [not enclosed]. Details the damage he has observed to the Funafuti prints and suggest this is due to poor packing on the voyage from Sydney. Suggests cutting the plates down as a remedy. A complete set will be sent to the Society today and Harrison will happily show them to Bonney. Does not presently feel inclined to put forward Robinson's supplementary bill which still remains unpaid.
