TitleCopy letter from A H White, to Alfred Edwin Howard Tutton, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date29 August 1901
DescriptionIs proceeding with the revise of Tutton's paper. Collings delivered the blocks yesterday. In the ordinary course of things the Society should have sent Tutton a revise with the blocks inserted and the plate printed. There will be no difficulty regarding the cliches for Professor Groth and Collings advises that Tutton should have them done before the printing. Asks Tutton to send an order to [Messrs] Harrisons to that affect, which Harrison will send to the printers with the proof.

Asks Tutton to write the usual formal letter of application to the Secretaries for the reprinting of a paper, to be laid before Council. Collings has returned Tutton's negatives. Queries if the Society should retain these until Tutton calls. Asks if the title of the paper would be improved by inserting 'Part II' after the formula.
