TitleCopy letter from A H White, to Reginald S Clay
Date2 September 1901
DescriptionNotes Clay returned both proofs this morning. One was intended for Clay's own use and so White returns this marked 'A'. Returns the other proof so that Clay may inspect it and mark upon it the places where diagrams should be inserted. As to the dividing of the superposed curve-diagrams, this can not be done without considerable additional expense, and he will remember that in this particular the engraver simply followed Clay's originals. Encloses a fresh circular for Clay to complete [no enclosures present].
