DescriptionIn reply to Neville's letter of the previous day, in accordance with the usual practice of the Society there can be no objection to the Institute of Mechanical Engineers publishing the diagram of Neville's paper with an explanation. Neville's paper has been ordered for the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' and is now going through the press. The office is currently closed so he can not say precisely when the number will appear.
