DescriptionHarrison has already taken steps by communicating with Messrs Baird & Tatlock to ensure that there shall be no delay in the despatch of materials necessary for the expedition to Uganda. Restates the fact that the Committee did not authorize him to spend £200 on equipment; that is the proportion of the total grant for the whole expedition assignable to equipment. Any apparatus above the value of £100 must be ordered only with the special sanction of the Committee.
