DescriptionProfessor Smith called at the Society yesterday and complained that he is dissatisfied with the Minutes[?] of the Observatories Committee of 22 June[?] 1902. Smith says that his own design was drawn up in consultation with Professor Hale and recommended by him. Smith went off to the India Office to inquire how far the new instrument is advanced in construction. Provides Smith's address at the Savile Club.
