TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr H Forster Morley, Strand
Date3 December 1902
DescriptionIn reply to Morley's of 1 December, it is not a question of the wish of the Secretaries of the Royal Society but a matter of official necessity that the original of the Treasury letter of 7 July 1900, should be in the Society's possession. Supposes Morley has kept a copy for his own information but if not Harrison can send one. Explains the importance of the letter.

If Morley has other Royal Society letters or documents concerning the International Catalogue, Harrison asks for them to be returned. Encloses a letter received this morning asking for the Physiology volume [of the Catalogue, not enclosed]. Supposes this is out but has not seen it. Asks Morley to give instructions for the Society's official copy to be sent to to him, as each volume comes out. Would also be glad of a memorandum of the arrangements that have been finally arrived at regarding the mode of issue to, and dealing with, subscribers of the United Kingdom.
