TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Edgar Harrison
Date9 December 1902
DescriptionNotes much comment has been raised regarding the amount charged for corrections for the printing of the Evolution Report published a short time ago as a separate volume in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]', at twice the average cost of corrections per sheet. Asks Harrison to look into the matter and provide an explanation. Brought this matter before the authorities and it gave rise to some very unfavorable comment upon Harrison's general method of charging for corrections. The impossibility under the existing system of keeping any check upon the expense of corrections has certainly impressed itself on Harrison's mind for some time and not infrequently been the subject of comments by members of Council.
