Larmor also suggests that although the paper was communicated for the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' it would be treated as for the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]', as part one of that paper appeared there. Would like to know at once if Tilden agrees to these suggestions and encloses a telegram form [not enclosed]. |
