DescriptionGathers from the correspondence received from Abney's office this morning that the Board of Education asks the Royal Society to advise as to the selection of a delegate or delegates to represent England at the proposed International Seismological Congress. In anticipation of this request, Harrison has already consulted Sir M Foster, and with his concurrence is consulting the Seismology Committee on the subject.
