DescriptionAcknowledges the Secretaries letter transmitting information regarding the advice tendered to the French Government by the Academy of Sciences on the question of the organization of an International Commission of Scientific Aeronautics. Notes the proposal of the Academy of Sciences to refer the consideration of this undertaking to the International Association of Academies, and has accordingly communicated that proposition to Sir Michael Foster, Chairman of the International Council of the Association.

Discusses the fact that the same subject recently came before the Royal Society, having been referred to them for advice by the British Government.
