TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to, Professor William Mitchinson Hicks, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date21 April 1903
DescriptionRegarding Carr's paper 'On the Laws governing Electric Discharges in Gases at Low Pressures', Harrison has had a letter from the University of Toronto saying the author wishes to present his paper for the degree of PhD before the end of May, and would like to receive it before that date. It is doubtful that the paper could be printed in time, but if Hicks could let him know as soon as possible if his opinion is favourable to publication, Harrison could be getting on with the printing and perhaps get an early proof out.
