DescriptionWith regard to the Sleeping Sickness Commission, Harrison quotes a telegram received from the Foreign Office that morning reporting that although despatch 401 has not been received, the Royal Society's letter to Captain Greig has been read, who requests that the Society be informed that he wishes to remain and complete the work should the Government of India approve.

A manuscript annotation asks if any action is required and states that he has sent a telegram to Sir Michael Foster. He is sending Foster the book and returning Bruce's.
